Arrived week of 2/13/08-2/20/08. With wife, daughter and mother in law. plenty of space for all with two good sized bed rooms, two bathrooms wherein one was HUGE with a jacuzzi tub . The resort does not have a lot of activities but why should it when you are 10 min. from Disney, Universal and Seaworld. I did not come... more

Check-in: The resort is located in a residential area but close to area attractions. It sits between Irlo Branson Hwy and Vineland. We arrived a day later than our check-in date and were immediately given our room to check in. We had to go to guest services to obtain our “parking pass” and a welcome gift. No welcome gift, just... more

Have traveled to the Orlando area, annually for the past 20 years. Although there was some initial problems with ants in the kitchen, we were moved quickly and PLEASANTLY to another unit. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Which is more than I could say for "Orange Lake Resort" staff. The rest of our stay went... more

We go to Disney every year, and decided to stay at Polynesian this year. Since we drove this year, I packed a lot of clothing for my 2 girls. Well, as I was packing to leave, I noticed that half of my oldest daughter's clothes were missing! Many of these clothes were brand new- bought just for our annual trip.... more

I stayed 2 weeks here and it was really a nice relaxing place with pools and SPA's near by your apartment, with a nice bath in the apartment, lots of space, nice atmosphere with palm trees...really, NOTHING to complain except ONE THING: the customer relation desk near the reception will try to send you to a HORRIBLE place: they will... more

Stayed here in a two bedroom condo in April 2007. The property very attractive and clean. The condo was very roomy and clean. The property had a guard at the front gate who always stopped and checked cars entering the property. Pools and hot tubs were great. Property staff was friendly, they asked us about a attending a time share... more

We stayed there for 6 nights in building 11 and absolutely loved it. Perhaps we were so astounded because we originally put into Cypress Pointe for some reason when we booked a 1 bedroom Polynesian.. that place (cypress) was scary! We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom because I assume the 1 bedrooms were not available. Upon check in we... more

We just returned from a trip to Orlando, and we stayed at the Polynesian Isles resort. I got the 4day, 3 night vacation for $39.95 on Ebay. I read all the reviews here first, and didn't know what to think. I stayed in a 2br condo, which was very much like a 2br apartment. It was very spacious, full kitchen,... more
