Overall Hotel is quite nice BUT has some problems.... good: location of Hotel, king garden view suite is spacious and has lots of nice features... staff is friendly (esp Lee at the Pool side bar )!! problems: cleanliness of room can be improved .. especially bathrooms are not cleaned properly (eg. hairs from previous guests can be found everywhere)... tables... more

Right from the beginning I was impressed with the hotel, all the artwork and decor was exceptional. Very innovative and interesting! This was my first trip to the Miami area, and both my husband and I absolutely loved it. The rooms were beautiful, great service, great food. We definitely plan on coming back sometime soon! more
