Though booking done through AMEX, they denied knowledge of change of dates though fax confirming this provided; at the time of checking out they were still charging me for an extra night and, because my check out time was at 5 am, had to leave it like that to later have to contest it with AMEX. We booked a club suite with courtyard view, what we received had a view of the parking lot to the front, a water tank or some awful looking machine to left.....and only if you really made an effort and looked down will you see the courtyard. Had a great time at The Setai. Enjoyed luxure pure at the pool. 3 different pools with different temperature. Very cosy, large pool beds. Evian-Sprays keep your face fresh and cool, on a hot Miami day. Rooms are great. Walk-In-Rainfall showers. Fantastic gourmet breakfast. You want miss anything. more
