Our (conference rate) $250+ room, with two queen beds, was very generic - and not in the league of a room at a Doubletree hotel. Service was rather poor, with 45 minute room service and no phone access to the concierges. The concierges strongly discourage any non-Disney activity or restaurant. My advice is to stay at a non-DIsney hotel. more

This was our 2nd trip to DW. The hotel was nice; however, it is an older one. (Before we stayed at Saratoga Springs, which was newer and beautiful.) It wasn't bad at Boardwalk, just not as nice. Was recommended this hotel by the Walt Disney Reservation staff. Reserved a 2 BR, 2-1/2 BA suite on the Club Level with concierge service. This was my second stay at this resort. It's a quiet and beautiful property. Everyone is very friendly and helpful on property. It has an awesome pool area. We were always able to find some loungers by the pool. They keep the halls very cold, so bring sweaters. The restaurants along the Boardwalk are great, esp. ESPN Zone and Spoodles.... more

Like the other Disney hotels I've stayed at, this one is good looking and comfortable, although I didn't find it to be any nicer than the less pricy ones such as Port Orleans.
