We stayed there twice this summer, both times on the concierge level where a lovely lounge area serves breakfast, lunch, snacks and evening cordials. Rooms are updated and very clean. Good quality bedding. The magic is in the staff who seem to have a mission to make your stay "magical." This is a place to stay when you want a... more

Our (conference rate) $250+ room, with two queen beds, was very generic - and not in the league of a room at a Doubletree hotel. Service was rather poor, with 45 minute room service and no phone access to the concierges. The concierges strongly discourage any non-Disney activity or restaurant. My advice is to stay at a non-DIsney hotel. more

This was our 2nd trip to DW. The hotel was nice; however, it is an older one. (Before we stayed at Saratoga Springs, which was newer and beautiful.) It wasn't bad at Boardwalk, just not as nice. Unfortunately, our view was where they were doing construction. The pool was great with a really cool slide. The boardwalk itself was good.... more

We had read positives and negatives about this hotel and some of the negatives had worried us but our family had an excellent stay. There were minor problems of course but if you let those bother you then stay at home as nothing is ever perfect. Every staff member that we came across at the hotel were friendly and very helpful.Anything... more

We stayed here from 8/2 - 8/9. We were there for friend's wedding. We were in room 3305. We had a standard view room with 2 Queen beds & 1 day bed. didn't really care about the view & this room turned out to be just fine. Far enough away to have no problem with the refurbishing contsruction. There were... more

Was recommended this hotel by the Walt Disney Reservation staff. Reserved a 2 BR, 2-1/2 BA suite on the Club Level with concierge service. Paid top dollar for the accomodations - over $1200./night for 3 nights. Checked in on time and the staff was super nice, until after I signed the credit card slip. We checked into the room which... more

This was my second stay at this resort. It's a quiet and beautiful property. Everyone is very friendly and helpful on property. It has an awesome pool area. We were always able to find some loungers by the pool. They keep the halls very cold, so bring sweaters. The restaurants along the Boardwalk are great, esp. ESPN Zone and Spoodles.... more

We stayed at the Boardwalk Inn July 21-28, 2008. Our first impression of this resort upon arrival was it was nicely decorated. The front desk staff person was very helpful, as we arrived around 10 am and were able to check in. That was nice considering we did not want to wait until 4 pm to check in. The biggest... more

Like the other Disney hotels I've stayed at, this one is good looking and comfortable, although I didn't find it to be any nicer than the less pricy ones such as Port Orleans. It's a bit grungy looking in places -- for instance, the ceiling lights in the lobby and halls look dirty, but I'm told this is by design,... more

We stayed at the Boardwalk during the July 4th holiday. We have stayed at several other Disney resorts and this one ranks up with the best. It's decor is based on the 20's - 30's Atlantic city hotels. The feel walking through the resort transports you back in time with the music played in the halls to the old radio... more
