Me and my family just got back from DisneyWorld and we stayed at Port Orleans Riverside. This is a wonderful hotel and the staff was exceptional. We traveled with another family making the total number of people 9 and we all agreed we would stay there again. The rooms are big enough for a family of 4 and 5 ,... more

I work for the airlines, so travel a lot. And have stayed at Disney hotels many, many times. So of course we wanted another Disney hotel for this last trip, per Disney's reputation for excellence & details. But this particular hotel is the WORST hotel - Disney or not - that I have EVER stayed at ! I am SOOO... more

I loved staying at the Port Orleans Riverside WDW resort for the past week. Location was great near all the parks. Parking was ample. But don't expect much regarding the room, it was pretty typical. The room consisted of two double beds, plus another mattress that rolled out from under the bed. You be the judge if a double bed... more

I am a long time Disney Traveler but this is the first time that I had stayed at the Port Orleans Riverside Resort in several years. I was a little hesitant but that hesitation soon disappeared - it was wonderful......I could not have asked for a nicer room, and the grounds and transportation were certainly up the the high Disney... more

My family of four stayed in Oak Manor in May. The hotel grounds are amazing. All of the trees, grass and flowers are wonderful. The landscaping is awesome. The rooms were average hotel rooms in size except with two sinks. The theming is nice. Having a main themed pool in addition to the quiet pools was nice. Really the only... more

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Port Orleans resort for 2 weeks in July 2007 with family. It was my first time to Florida and I believe staying at a Disney hotel made my holiday more enjoyable than, for example, staying in a hotel on International Drive. Our check-in was quick and hassel free and the staff were very... more

Reading the reviews on here, I was a little nervous about our stay. We drove down in two cars and I was getting gas while my wife checked us in. Before I could get to the property she had us checked in and a bell man waiting to take our luggage (she only arrived 5 minutes earlier!). The bellman drove... more

Our first Disney trip was to the Port Orleans Riverside and overall the stay was very nice. Check-in was easy and friendly. We had a water-view room. The view was part of a pool through a tree. After we contacted the desk about the obstructed view they credited our account for the difference with no problems. The premesis was beautiful.... more

My husband and I stayed here in January for our honeymoon. At check in, the agent noticed in the notes we were on our honeymoon and gave us pins to wear that had Cinderella and Prince Charming on them that said "Just Married". After check in we arrived at our room to find 2 double beds, not the queen we... more

This hotel was a great value and offered all of the amenities anyone could ask for at a Disney resort. The check-in process was rather slow due to the arrival of a tour bus. The general store was well stocked and offered anything and everything with a Disney branding. The food selections were varied and met my needs as a... more
