Staff in this hotel are very professional and courteous. From top to bottom every Hotel staff greets you with a smile, remakable. I enjoyed having breakfast at Water Cress cafe every morning. Short distance away from Downtown Disney and excellent transportation to all Disney Parks. Loved the hotel will surely stay here again. more

We used points to stay here, so hard to complain about the prices. The resort was located right next to Dowtown Disney. Took about 5 minutes ot walk there, but did have to cross the street without cross walk. (An issue for some families with kids.)
