This place was dirty, run-down, cracks in the concrete deck of pool, cracked tiles, broken umbrellas, beds below average, two towels for four guest, breakfast was ok, they had make-your-own waffles, fruit, cereals, oj, milk, coffee. I often stay in Tampa and really enjoyed my stay here. Pretty close to everything Tampa has to offer, and easy access to I-275, so I found it fairly easy to get around town. General Experience: Went here on a family trip to Busch Gardens, as soon as we arrived it went downhill.
