In short, this place is unbelievably good. All hoteliers should send their staff to The Four Seasons for a night or two just to see how great unobtrusive yet attentive service should be done. Hotel website offers $150 to $250 credit to room or hotel credit for spa etc. Wonderful hotel. We upgraded to a suite and had a beautiful view of Michigan Ave. The spa type bathroom was unbelievable.
