The Chicago Embassy Suites is all about location. Its in the heart of the city, easily accessible to almost anything you could want to do. If you want to go to a baseball game, it's a block away from the Red Line which is how you get to both Wrigley and Commiskey. If it's food you're looking for, it's right... more

My husband and I stayed there the first week in June while my husband attended a training class. We arrived very early on a Sunday morning, and our driver took us to the hotel to drop off our bags before we went for breakfast and to play tourists for the day. The staff was delightful--immediately checked our bags in the... more

Stayed here for a short business trip. A 2 room suite with 2 TV's, free breakfast and cocktails, comfortable bed and convenient location was under $240. And if needed, the room also had a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. A vanity sink was in both the bedroom and bathroom, and a bar type sink was in the galley. Only... more

This hotel is great. the staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very spacious with a great view. If you drive, be aware that parking is about $60 per day. Also they have a sky lobby. So you have to take an elevator from the parking garage to the main lobby. Then another elevator... more

Large, clean, quiet, well designed rooms. Good breakfast and complimentary drinks at the bar early evening. A great base in the city for a first-time visitor. more

Spent three days at the North Columbus hotel. It is walking distance to Michigan Ave, Navy Pier, and Grant Park's north side. We used cabs to get to the museums (about $11 with tip). The central location was ideal for allowing the family to rest after seeing the sites. Pool was fine, and manager's reception was a nice touch. Breakfast... more

I found this hotel to be a great value for the money. The room was quite large, we have stayed at many suites in downtown chicago and I think this may be one of the best. Separate living room with sofa bed, microwave and fridge, then large bedroom with own sink in there. Clean lobby and rooms, staff friendly enough... more

Our family prefers this hotel to any other (including staying with family members in the city). It is conveniently located to everything we want to do. The staff is so friendly, they always remember us and it is like coming home each time we stay. We find the staff helpful when trying to locate things we are unfamiliar with, and... more
