The Alexis Park is definitely a nice, old-fashioned example of a non-chain motel; I found the room clean and comfortable (particularly the bed) and the front desk staff polite, friendly, and helpful. My wife and I have stayed at the Alexis Park Inn & Suites on several occasions, both with and without our children. The atmosphere and service are incredible. Tucked away at the edge of the Iowa City Airport, it’s location is perfect for either the University, Hospital, or anybody flying into Iowa City. Plenty of shopping and dining are located... more

The Alexis Park Inn is a great place to stay in Iowa City.
