My husband and I, together with another couple, stayed at the Luxor Aug. 21 through Aug. 24. We had a late arrival and check in went very smooth. Lisa was very friendly and said that if we didn't like our rooms in the East tower then they could be changed the following day. Our friends were on the 4th floor... more

There was quite a few of us on our trip as my cousin was getting married in LV. When we got dropped off at the hotel the taxi driver took us to the wrong door and we were walking all over the place trying to find reception. wen we found it there was abit of a queue, but nothing big!... more

I've stayed here every few years since the 80's and the place continues to slip. As others mentioned, the tower rooms which are newer aren't as bad. But for those who've always wanted to stay in pyramid (and who hasn't) here's what they are in for... Since the center of the building is hollow (casino space on the main floor,... more

My Wife and I stayed at the Luxor for 3 nights starting July20th, I had changed the booking from a Pyramid Room to a Tower Suite after so many bad reports, Check in was a long queue but it only took half an Hour to get through and the Reception Staff were very polite and helpfull. The Suite was awesome,... more

There is no doubt that the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas is not the best hotel in the world, but most of the criticism is totally unjustified. If you go away on holiday then no matter where you stay you can find something to complain about. However if you are sad enough to let the Luxor Hotel ruin your time... more

I visited the Luxor in April, and after reading reviews before i went i was thinking that it wouldn't be the best hotel and wasn't really looking forward to my visit. However while it was dark, and the rooms were dark etc it was not half as bad as some reviews would suggest. We were on the 15th floor, and... more

When I booked the Vegas trip I wanted to stay on the strip in a cool hotel. Found a great offer on a spasuite in the pyramide. The suite looked amazing in pics with a spa in the bedroom just by the windows... we used the valetparking- great service! very easy to use ,cant imagine myself trying to find a... more

The Luxor is a hotel that’s left over from the 80s, and I don’t mean that in a positive way. It’s nice enough and it certainly has a lot going on, but it takes shortcuts. We spent one night in the main tower and I was grossed out to see that the beds didn’t have bedskirts. Looking at the old... more

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. My mom, aunt and I decided to stay at the luxor. during the night my mom fell on the property; we asked to see a manager and when she came down she walked right past us to where she had fallen and didnt ask if she was ok.... more

I stayed here because I was told it was nice and the price was good but after visiting other hotels in Las Vegas I suggest you stay somewhere else. The casino is also small, everything is far away both inside the hotel and outside in The Strip, choose a hotel in the middle of The Strip because it is very tiring... more
