My prior stay in their Motor Lodge unit was disappointing, but that put me on their mailing list for a $25 promotion for their basic (a.k.a. "luxury") tower rooms on certain dates. Everything on the tower side (there are several sections, varying in amenities) was well-run; my room was nicely furnished and included an iron and a safe. Their glass... more

My girlfriend and I decided to get away for a weekend and stayed at the Atlantis. Now we are used to shady mexican hostels, so this we knew would be a step up, but we really were pleased with the place. We got in at around midnight, and surprisingly there were a lot of people in line, but we got... more

Check in & Room-- We arrived on a early evening flight putting us at the hotel about 8pm. Check in went quickly & smoothly and the clerk was friendly. When we got to our room in the Dolphin Tower (free upgrade from a Tower room through Orbitz) we found 2 queen beds, not the King we booked. I called down... more

I arrived at the hotel on June 39, The valet parking attendant was right there to welcome me and park my car. Yhe front desk personnel were cheerful and helpful. The room was very nice, newly remodled. Everything worked and the houskeeping staff very good. The resteraunts were excellant. All the dealers, at the table games were extremely couteous and... more

I have stayed numerous times at the Atlantis on business in the last few months. Booking is done through our Administrative Assistant, and I usually travel with a group, so I don’t really know exactly what our rates have been – if I had to guess, I would say probably $50-$70 per night. It’s a direct competitor to Peppermill which... more

My kids and I were looking for a family vacation where we could swim in any weather. The indoor pool was beyond our expectations. Clean water, comfortable chairs, plenty of towels, pool attendants hosing down the sidewalks & keeping it clean, pool side food, plus a wonderful outdoor pool. For $40 we had a beautiful room with a gorgeous view... more

The hotel was very nice, but our problem was the cost of the rooms. Be advised they are over priced during events like Hot August Nights. There quote online is very different then when checking in and what they charge on your credit card. The room was nice size but decore was basic not great. The maids did not leave... more

During the time we stayed, the casino was under renovations so getting around was a little tight, but not too much bother, though we were not there to gamble. The staff was very friendly and accommodating including check-in, Purple Parrot cafe, Java Coast, spa & housekeeping. Concierge even hooked us up with tickets to a sold-out show at a nearby... more

We made a reservation for a weekend in July, in one of the "Concierge" tower rooms. Admittedly, it is supposed to be one of their best rooms, and is about $200 per night instead of $120 for a regular deluxe room. It included Cont Bfast and Spa access. I still did not expect the room to be so nice. I... more

I have charged many things over many years on credit cards, and this is the first one I've ever had to dispute. I was charged just under $100 for room service to the pool area, in February. In Reno, with snow on the ground. And I never even saw the pool, let alone went there or charged anything there. They... more
