This B&B was comfortable and clean, plus the location (half block from the beach and half block from the shops and restaurants) was just perfect for our walks. Their country breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the fantastic dinner at their restaurant as well (Mad Batter). Came back from a stroll through the mall of stores and settled in at... more

The Carroll Villa is a fantastic place to stay in Cape May. We loved every minute we were there. I would rate it higher than 5 if I could. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, quilt on the bed, flowered wallpaper. embroidered shower curtain, flat screen TV, and a beautiful view of Jackson Street. The breakfast... more

My husband and I stayed at Carroll Villa for our anniversary - our first trip to Cape May. We loved it! The room was cozy and very clean, the staff was friendly, the shared spaces were nice & welcoming, the inclusion of breakfast (or lunch) was wonderful, and the B&B is in a great location (very close to beach, restaurants,... more

I stayed at the Carroll Villa Bed and Breakfast from September 22 to September 25. My room was on the 3rd floor of the place, it was facing the front of the hotel, very quiet, with two windows, it has a ceiling fan and light, it was really nice. The parking was 4 blocks away, but I was disappointed that... more

I stayed at the carroll villa hotel for two nights in August. Overall, the room was clean, nice, and a good value. The absolute highlight of the stay was the breakfast, which is included. The breakfast was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again. more

Just completed another weeks stay and it is everything we look forward to in a beach trip. Very reasonable rates which include a full breakfast which I guarantee is the best you will ever have. It is the breakfast that is most famous and well known in Cape May (standing room only for people waiting to get in) which distinguishes... more

My daughter and I stayed at the Carroll Villa the weekend of Tropical Storm Hanna. The hotel is lovely -- Victorian and homey, not stuffy at all -- and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We felt as though we were guests in someone's home, sharing hallways with barefoot brides, older couples, and happy well-behaved children. We chose Room 5... more

We recently returned from a weekend in Cape May. This was our first experience at Cape May or at the Jersey shore. The Carroll Villa Hotel/B&B was large with many rooms. We were in room #8, which was small, but comfortable. We choose this room, partly because it was available when we booked and the price was right ($165/night, versus... more

This was the 2nd time we stayed at the Carroll Villa Hotel and B&B. As far as we're concerned this is our summer beach house. The accomadations are wonderful, esp. since we could bring our 7 & 9 year old. The food at the Mad Batter is the most fabulous in Cape May, and that can be observed by the... more
