Stayed less than two hours,had to leave family emergency. Checked in July 4th to see baseball game in Philly at 2:15 PM told them we had to go home just before 4:00..By that time they changed shifts behind desk,told by person that he would of returned money if he was there at 2:15 when I had first arrived. We stayed three nights. And although they changed the sheets each day and the towels. That's really all that was done. The bathroom was never cleaned. My two children and I were put up here by US Airways because of flight problems. First problem we encountered was at the airport. The Quaility Inn with the pick up phone in the baggage claim area is not the one that accepts the airline vouchers. One had to call a number on an advertisement to contact hotel for shuttle.... more
