We stayed at Savute Safari Lodge for two nights in August. Ask for one of the rooms overlooking the elephant watering hole - not the freshest smelling, but well worth it to sit on your deck and be right next to the elephants! Our guide Gee was wonderful. We stayed in the savuti safari lodge on our honeymoon. Absolutely loved it. Great food, great accommadation and lovely staff. Our chalet looked over a waterhole where elephants were frequent visitors. There is no heating and it's very cold in the mornings in June/July so would recommend bringing plenty of warm clothes if you're visiting at that time. more

I’ve stayed at Savute Safari lodge for 3 nights in August and simply loved it, this camp exceeded all my expectations, it’s an absolutely amazing camp with plenty of wild life all around.
