Stayed over night for a Saturday business trip due to reviews on this website. Found the hotel room satisfactory, the breakfast lacking, the hotel noisy and no reason to return. I would stay here again only for a night's sleep and an early morning departure. I would not bring family or plan any type of extended stay at this hotel. more

Exceptionally nice budget hotel. The rooms were clean and very spacious. A nice, well kept pool and jacuzzi area. This was the perfect hotel experience. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was great: spacious, well appointed, quiet. The suite style layout was enjoyable. Relaxing on the leather couch, using the spacious wet bar/fridge/microwave, luxuriating on the king bed; all were much better than a regular hotel room. The breakfast was amazing. This was the worst stay of our trip. It was nothing like their website promised - no water in our room, no couch. Our room smelled like old cigarette smoke - ugh! We could hear everything that went on in the room above us and in the hall outside. The only positive thing about this hotel was the front desk... more

Phoenix Inns are all a great value. We stayed here while looking for a house when we moved here and always put up guests who want a hotel here. The rooms are large, quiet & comfortable. The gratis breakfast is better than most. The cost is appropriate. more
