We chose to stay here for my daughter's birthday because of the indoor pool. When we arrived, the pool was broken and noone notified me of this on the phone when I called to confirm my reservation 2 days prior. The hotel is very dirty looking overall. I was extremely dissatisfied with the Howard Johnson Hotel stay in San Angelo. Ok..I honestly do not know how to adequately portray this "hotel". We stayed there night before last..and only because every other hotel in the city (literally) was booked. My sister booked rooms at the Howard Johnson for everyone who traveled to town for her wedding (Rodeo was in town and everything else was booked). We were really disappointed in this place.
