PIC has had a great reputation for me, growing up on Guam. The waterpark is considered one of the best. But lately, it hasn't been keeping up with its reputation. Some of the rooms are lacking in basic maintenance (dusty shelves and moldy bathrooms). I stayed at the hotel with a group of friends and the differences in the rooms... more

Someone else said below - and I must agree - this place is about kids loving the waterpark and the huge restaurant buffet meals where you can eat and eat - crowded but still fun time. A negative as others say it is very big resort and I didnt enjoy the 10 minute walk to get to lobby and its... more

we booked 2 a joining rooms. for the 3 days weekend for a family reunion and a birthday. we requested the tower 1 and got a confirmation. When we (2 adults 3 kids a 7 yrs old 5 yrs old and a 10 month old) arrived at the hotel we were checked into the deluxe renovated room. which looked eh,... more

The most important thing to remember when you arrive to the PIC Guam is that you are NOT staying for the rooms! If you keep that in mind, you'll have a great trip. We had booked an Oceana Superior Plus room after viewing all of them on the website and reading other reviews here. That's one of the renovated rooms.... more

Hafa Adai! I have lived on Guam for the past three years, and have found the PIC to be the most child friendly. They operate one of the two largest water parks on Guam, and they offer activities for famililes as well as children only. The water park: A playground with small slides inside a large pool about 12" deep... more

This is the perfect resort for kids with wonderful waterslides, several pools, kayaks, miniature golf, tennis, hula show, several restaurants, activities, etc. etc. We had 1 problem though: when we checked in they gave us a very crummy room, it was smelly, had old furniture, and very old carpet full of stains including what looked like gross red beetle nut... more

Kids Paradise!!!! Water facilities are perfect but the rooms are old and it is better to pay more and to stay in the Ocean Tower 1. Food are excellent (many choices), we joined the gold card program and it's cheaper than you go out for dining. The skylight restaurant is the best one. (staff always smilie even they are in... more

The pools were fabulous-especially if you have young kids-the giant pool was all one height and my 3 year old could be in it and walk around. The onsite snorkeling isn't for young kids even if they know how to snorkel -the kids have to be over 48" If you snorkel off the beach there are no restrictions. The rooms... more

PIC is at the west end of the lagoon (only Hilton is further out), so you have to take a cab to go to the center or walk 30 min along the beach. At least there are some restaurants accross the street and the Marriot next door ($ 10 burger and $ 3 beer). The pools are great for children... more

We have joined the gold pass, the good in their sushi bar was very good but breakfast was so and so. Room was a bit old but we spend less inside the room instead. more
