We stayed here for 4 nights for $125 from Hotwire. The first night we were on the Street, and could here motorcycles racing all night. We complained, and were moved to a quiet room for the duration of our stay. On the morning of the second day my daughter had stomach cramps and we had to go to the emergency... more

Be aware - they do not honor their reservation guarantees. Booked a most expensive room there a suite - more then $350 per night. They have charged a credit card, send an email - "reservation guaranteed". Upon arrival, we've been told that they have no room for us. And a manager on duty - Gregory Abdon has started lying to... more

I stayed at this hotel because of a booking on Priceline. I got a GREAT price on the hotel and was extremely happy with the hotel. First, it is in a fantastic location - blocks from Fisherman's Wharf and within walking distance to so many things! Right from checking in, the staff was unbelievable! Every single staff member we came... more

This hotel was wonderful in every way EXCEPT it was noisy at night. Our rooms faced the street rather than the courtyard and the traffic - especially the motorcycles - were loud all night long. You can drown out the noise with the fan, except if the fan is on then the air conditioner will cause it to go on... more

We have been planning this trip for a year. We used priceline to try to find us a 4 star hotel near the wharf. Well we got a Hotel . We arrived wondering what to expect and as soon as we arrived the staff made us feel welcomed .The 5 o'clock wine gathering in the lobby is terrific. rooms are... more

Dear Canuck006! Thank you for taking the time to share your valued thoughts on our "home away from home." From what I read, looks like you had an extremely enjoyable experience with us. Thank you for giving the Tuscan Inn a chance and we hope to further serve yourself and your family again! If I can be of any assistance...

I was told that they required 24 hours to change dates of stay or cancel. I checked in and had planned on staying three nights. After the first night, I found out that I would be leaving one day early and told them -- more than 24 hours in advance -- that I would be leaving one day early. I... more

Charming hotel, reasonably priced right at Fisherman's Wharf. In the same area as the Radisson and the Sheraton. When I walked in I immediately thought "boutique hotel" not "Best Western". It reminded me of the Napa River Inn in Napa, CA. They take the "Tuscan" theme all the way. When you call the hotel they say "Buon Giorno" and play... more

I'm not quite as impressed with the place as most seem to be. To begin, I'm more of what you'd call a budget traveler, and although I got this place at a good price via Priceline, there are some things to consider. First, the biggest "gotcha" is the mandatory valet parking. With taxes, it set me back over $43; and... more

My son, his girlfriend, and I stayed four nights recently at Tuscan Inn. The location is great, the hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. Rooms are small, but they have everything you need. Coffee in the mornings in the lobby, and wine in the afternoons are a nice touch. Adjoining restaurant was really good. Tourists from all over the... more

My wife and I took a weekend trip up to San Francisco and wanted to stay at a place that was cheap and close to Fisherman's Wharf. This place did not disappoint. Our room was only $99 per night through some promotion found on Travelzoo. I figure you get what you pay for... but the room was actually pretty nice.... more
