Enjoyed our room, lots of pillows and the staff was friendly. The location was great to get on the freeway and off to attractions. more

Hotel was very nice and has a beautiful setting. The problem was there was a labor dispute going on with all day demonstrations. If you like being woken up at 7:30 am to screaming outside your room and the pounding of drums all day, then stay here. The problem is the hotel has chosen not to warn people of the... more

We stayed at the Hilton for 7 nights. At first, we thought the hotel needed some updating despite having a major overhaul. Although very expensive and really only having 1 restaurant which is ok, we still enjoyed our stay. It is in a great location if you want to rent a bike, boat, jet ski, canoe, run a great path.... more

Contacted hotel directly and then hotel toll free no. to make reservations for a family get together. This was our 3rd visit there and 2nd family get together. Agents and front desk do no know the deals offered by the hotel - you have to tell them and still speak up when checking in. I called directly to try to... more

We have three children and were excited for a fun family vacation. The resort is beautiful. The problem was it had no close restaurants or anyting else walking distance. We did not rent a car so we had to eat at the one restaurant that they had and it was expensive. the pool restaurant closed early. The kid club that... more

Room was clean and remodeled (decor a bit tacky though), staff seemed attentive, pool area was great for the kids, charming atmosphere in the evening with the fire on the restaurant's balcony, all-in-all very relaxing. Only minor downside was the charge for parking which seemed a bit excessive. Would definitely go there again. more

We arrive after a long flight from New York (5 1/2 hour flight). We get to the hotel and some how between the travel agent and the hotel, my reservation was all screwed up the hotel only had me down for 3 nights but the travel agent voucher had 4 nights. The hotel said they would fix it wasn't a... more

Hotel offers no shuttle service. That means no shuttle service to Seaworld and no shuttle service to the airport. Hotel offers no laundry facilities. That means if you want a t-shirt washed, it will cost you $6.95, ouch! Hotel offers major hotel worker protests. All day on 8/16/08 the hotel union workers had protests. They beat the drums, had loudspeakers... more

Hilton's new ad says "be hospitable". Well this resort is the exception. We stay at Hiltons all the time and are HHonors gold members. We've never had a problem, anywhere in the world. This resort advertises being child friendly. Well it depends on the ages of your children. Kids under three may NOT swim in the regular pool. Even with... more
