We usually stay at the Courtyard Times Square South when coming to NYC. We opted to stay the night of July 4th at the Millenium Hilton in order to have closer proximity to the fireworks and the South Street Seaport. We had a king room which was about what we expected; not huge but certainly big enough to move around... more

THE FOLLOWING IS MY LETTER TO HILTON DESCRIBING OUR ISSUESSS! Hopefully this reaches someone of importance, as my wife and I had the worst hotel experience. Today is our anniversary and we booked a room at the Millenium Hilton with the Romance Package. While booking, I asked online, the 800#, and this hotel directly, to confirm if Guest Certificates were... more

Stayed at the Millenium Hilton for one night in June 2008. Mainly because the hotel we really wanted had no availability on that particular day. We have no complaints whatsoever about our stay at the Hilton, it was a great stay, nice rooms, extremely comfortable bed! We did pay USD 320 ex tax which is quite expensive so that will... more

Walking into a hotel room and seeing earplugs offered by the management, with an apology letter is not usually a good start, but this is New York and any room near the street has some noise issues. The 24-hour cacaphony is part of NYC. Asking for the highest room available is wise if you have problems with noise. The rooms... more

My room had 2 double beds on the 24th floor. Perfect stay, no problems. Polite, friendly and very accommodating staff. Room was quite large for NYC standards, clean and extremely comfortable. The TV is a nice touch. You can hook up a laptop to the TV via a VGA cable (switch the input on the TV to "RGB"), however you... more

Had 2 rooms for 6 nights. The noise from the construction site at Ground Zero is not the hotels fault, but while the website has warnings (as we discovered later and too late), the hotel booking line did not warn us. The worse thing about the hotel is the inconsistent housekeeping and the slow lifts. Nothing was as good as... more

Very nice hotel and in a great part of town. We only stayed for one night (not really even 24 hours) but we had a wonderful stay. We certainly got what we paid for. Our view was magnificient if not a little sad. When we looked out of our window we saw a magnificient view of the Hudson but if... more

Stayed at the Millenium Hilton for two nights. Nothing but great things. First off the price was great. Using priceline I got a double, corner room with views of the city and the Hudson for under $300 a night. Next the rooms are modern, updated and sharp. The bathroom is very well updated. The beds are heavenly and the room... more
