This is a very clean and new hotel. There was good noise insulation from the outside. Very quiet. Room looked over gorgeous pool area with balcony. Could see the ocean through the buildings and hear the nightly music and hoola dancers perform. We had a 2 bedroom suite for four kids and ourselves and it was perfect space for all.... more

Our family of 6 just got back from a week's stay at the Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach Walk. I'd rate it an 8 on a 10 scale. Vacation got off to a shaky start as we arrived at 11 am local time, but couldn't check in until 3. Our vacation package (Pleasant Hawaiian) included a welcome cocktail, but staff informed... more

7 of us stayed at the Embassy Suites for my mother in laws 60th. We had 2x2 bedroom suites and they were great. Always clean and a great size. Staff were very helpful and I dealt with most of them during our stay asking directions and recommendations. Food is hard for us Kiwi's to get used to. Not our usual... more

OK. I stayed here just last week and was here for 6 days. I came with my girlfriend and chose this because it was one of the most highly rated here that was available. This is my experience while checking in... I got there and (because I'd read about the construction and also warned not to get a room next... more

Before I booked this place I knew 3 things from reading Trip Advisor: 1) Construction noise (thanks Donald) 2) Lots of kids 3) It ranked #5 in Honolulu, where there are about 8 million hotels After having stayed there for 6 nights, I can confirm that there is in fact construction noise, a fair amount of kids (no big deal... more

We really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites Waikiki. Pros: Great breakfast - nice buzz in the mornings. Pool are and bar were nice. Room was perfect - clean, modern plenty of room. Great location. Evening reception everyday was super - we didn't even know about this so it was a great bonus. Cons: 3 pm check-in sucks if... more

This has got to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a great value for the price as there is a buffet breakfast every morning, which was fabulous, and a managers reception every evening, this just consisted of snack type foods such as chips, nuts, snack mix,... more

The Bad: My stay started off to a rocky start. Trump is building a tower next door, I asked for a room on the opposite side of the construction and the front desk agent insisted it was. I asked a few times during the check in. When I got to the room I think it was as close to the... more

Embassy Suites was great. The building was very new and clean. The staff was friendly. The suite was large and comfortable. The breakfast and manager's reception were great. Proximity to the beach was good. If I was in Honolulu, I would definitely stay there again, however, if I was in Oahu, I would probably stay in a less crowded part... more

We stayed at Embassy Suites for six nights recently and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Good location, nice staff, excellent breakfast in a spacious setting that felt like a small apt instead of a hotel. The pool is very small and very noisy so to enjoy the experience a walk to the beach is mandatory, it's a short walk so no... more
