When Mark is not around, the service is as good as ever but not the meals: excesive sauces, salty food, missing ingredients... One of the best restaurants in the island, but the word is spreading around that Mark is no longer available all the time. Rated: excellent if Mark is present. more

After 8 days of trying some of the "Best" PR had to offer, Mark's was clearly the winner. I went to some of the best places according to reviews, etc, and this was the first time I told my wife that this meal was way above average. Hotel is pretty dingy and restaurant is a bit dated. Used to go with some regularity, it serve a great Rack of Lamb and the some of the best desserts i've tasted. This place, his cusine and service is pretty good, but is very expensive.
