Superbly fresh and masterfully prepared sushi, and the degustation is innovative. The cedar smoked rudder fish is a standout and they were happy to substitute a course to make sure it could be fitted in. Sitting at the sushi bar, it's a joy to watch Yoshii san at work. Most of the time they serve great food and service, and Yoshii san is pretty cool. But I have had questionable experiences a few times in the past.. more
Small restaurant, a bit pricey BUT: the food is amazing, the degustation menu gives you the opportunity to taste a bit of everything, plus you will go out of there with the stomach filled and a smile on your face :D more

First thoughts when walking in - "wow, VERY small. Much smaller than I expected." It was about half-full (7:30pm) but I didn't find it too "quiet" like some have suggested (nor too noisey - just right really). Service was excellent (I wouldn't say all the waitresses had "good" English, but it was certainly not a problem) and the manager (Bruce)... more
