My husband gave me a week and a half to plan a vacation. We fly into Miami and rent a car. Now that part was easy. We want to see Miami and Key West. I have no idea and no time to research, we want to stay in Miami on the beach or very close, we aren't nightlife kind of people more layed back shopping kind. I thought there was a boardwalk or something I would like to see. We will be staying 1 night then driving to Key West then coming back and staying another night before flying out. Tell me where you think I should get a hotel. I've looked on all the discount websites (priceline etc) I'm not even sure what area I should pick, maybe the art deco area? Miami Beach? Downtown? Just name some hotels, areas I'll look into them. I really don't want to spend over $100 but maybe with last minute deals I could pick up something good. Do all hotels charge for parking? Any and all info is greatly appreciated.
