For my wife's 40th birthday I would like to find a restaurant that offers a special "chef" table. As always your suggestions and/or ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

Commander's Palace had a chef's table before Katrina, but I'm not sure if they are still offering it. That would be one of my top choices as far as recommendations. Otherwise, Restaurant August and Stella! have great chef's tasting menus. | ||||||

I love the chef's table at NOLA, Emeril's restaurnt on St. Louis in the Quarter. Note though that NOLA consists of large, open rooms and can be a bit loud. | ||||||
