The hotel was nice, the rooms were good and the service was also good, but dont make the same mistake I did by attempting to call home to check on your kids. I called home 2 times, the first time my answering machine picked up and I left a quick message, the second call I got ahold of my son and talked for about 3 minutes...the total cost for no more than 4 minutes of talking was $84!!!. There is nothing in the rooms that lets you know how much a call will cost you. I should have asked how much the cost was, but I did not imagine it would cost $42 a call!!. I wouldnt not have cared if the call cost $10 each but not $42!!. I called the hotel and they said they will refund me $30, but they said they will refund me in 2 months...We'll see if I ever get my refund back. Dont make the same mistake I did.

We stayed there for 1 night after a late flight. We came by car (rented at the airport): the hotel is easy to find, close to the airport and calm.
Ideal if you need a good rest before driving around the Yucatan area, like we did.
But don't spend your vacation there: it's far from downtown and from the beach.
The hotel is brand new. Superior rooms are not large but very modernly furnished (flat TV,...).
Also the buffet breakfast is good and you take it on a nice terrace by the pool and garden.
Clearly a good place after a late flight, or the night before an early flight at Cancun airport.

We needed a hotel near the airport/outside of town since we were renting a car and about to journey into the Yucatan. This hotel served our purposes well. It is a brand new facility......no unpleasant surprises! Well appointed (bedding, TV, wired internet, pool, hot tub, friendly, etc.) establishment. The only downside was the restaurant. The hotel is in a very isolated area with no serves surrounding the location. The service was excellent but the food was just very ordinary with no flare (bread/rolls from a bag, etc.) considering we were in this beautiful Mexican town known for excellent cuisine. This was the only area we saw that needed improvement. Otherwise, this is a perfect hotel choice for those on the go!

We arrived in Cancun on an evening flight and wanted a place close to the airport where we could stay for one night before checking into our all-inclusive resort at the Moon Palace the next day. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable, restaurant/bar had outdoor seating, and the hotel in general was very nice. The pool and grounds were beautiful. I only wished that they had an airport shuttle, but as far as I know they don't at this time. I think next time we might stay here the night before our flight home.
