Beautiful city, very friendly people but food is very expensive. Mayaysia airlines flies nonstop from ewr and I don't think there is a better airline out there!

Stockholm in September is just right. The crowds have gone but the facilities are still available to visitors. And what a choice!
So many museums to see - on all subjects.. each has a helpful(English speaking)staff. Each has a small cafe with good food
The Hilton at Slussen essentially a business hotel but it is also a very comfortable base for the traveller. The staff are just wonderfully helpful and courteous

We have an online travel magazine which features articles on our trip to Sweden this last summer. We found the Swedish people and countryside delightful. Our accomidations were all above average and the food was excellent. Stockholm celebrating its 750th year anniversary made it a treat to visit and the Ostersund area with its mountains and lakes and waterfalls was full of scenic beauty plus great accomidations. We would go back in a minute.
