Overall this is a superb hotel, up to the standards of
just about any other Hilton you might find around the world.

It has two things that you rarely see in a hotel. First, the
gym is brand new and fully-equipped (though a little cramped).
Second, the bathtubs in the rooms are very deep and a good
alternative to the jacuzzi (which will cost you 10-15 euro extra).

The pool is also impressive because it has an entry ramp for
kids and disabled people. The food was excellent and
priced like other restaurants in the city.

I didn't give it an "Excellent" rating because:

1) The mattresses are of poor quality (hard, with popping
springs), and that's why you need to soak in their deep tubs.

2) The room TV's are not family friendly in the sense that
they unscramble the porno channels for about 3 seconds at
a time, and there was no way to disable these channels.

3) The service was unusually slow on three separate occasions.
First, at check-in, they took one hour to figure out if they could
provide us with a separate cot (they could not in the end). Second,
it took about 45 minutes for them to prepare a hamburger at lunch.
Third, when their CD player at the pool became stuck on a single
track, everybody at the pool ended up listening to the same song
for four hours straight because it took them four hours to find
the keys that unlock the closet to their stereo system.

4) The room cleaning service disturbed us three times in one morning,
despite the fact that we had the "Do not disturb" sign posted. In
the end we had to ask the hotel manager to intervene.

.....the service was improved!!

We stayed on a business trip and struggled on two occasions during a three night stay to get a beer at the bar. On one occasion the pool bar shut at 5pm because of a function that didn't start until 9pm. The other time we couldn't get a drink from the inside bar delivered outside until the reception manager intervened.

Not central enough to be a great business hotel.

Pool facilities good though and breakfast offered a wide variety.

Just needs to polish up on the service!

I visit Hilton Park 3 years ago and I think that it s one of the best city hotels thah I have ever visited.I got a single room and when i got the key and got there i saw a little suite,only for one person.One KING KING KING size(that big!!!)bed in it with all the comfors that go with 4-star hotels.The receptionists were not so friedly but Im generally pleased with the staff.My beautiful memories from that summer in Cyprus enriched my nicest memories for this hotel.
