Where do I start? oh - the Internet...3rd world speeds at sky high prices. If the hotel contracts this service, they need to cancel it - it is tragically unusable.

We stayed in a double room street side (not harbour side) and the hotel room is more bland than boiled old beans.

Back in 1992, this may have been cool but PEOPLE! its 2008! THis place has been thrashed - stains and knocks everywhere. I shudder to think how old the mattress is.

Funny thing though - the 20 inch flat screen TV in the room looks so out of place on the stork its on - its small, looks pathetic and does not go with the decor. Sadly it has an Internet keyboard nearby - I was too scared to use it in case I racked up many more $.

The cleanliness of the room is below average, the exterior old and the lobby is in sad need of a wake up call.

The staff are average (the only fun was had with the Eurocar rental dude) and the breakfast is shoddy.

If you are not paying for it, stay here. If you are - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - see my Travelodge review (which I think is a 100x better place than this sad property).

Stayed here for one night over easter weekend. Hotel was pretty busy, but staff were very attentive. Room was massive and renovated with huge daybed. Bed itself wasnt that comfortable with felt like a double and not queen like they said. It was a bit odd the hotel had a pokie room next to reception with no bar, just pokies.

A poor hotel. Rude staff. No facilities to speak of. I left a package to be delivered to a colleague's room and it was never seen again.

Rock hard bed, lurid coloured room.

Great location though. So forget about the hotel and wander down the quay for a beer or two.

The hotel has a convenient location but it ends there. Concierge were not too helpful getting us a taxi...which was took ages to arrive even if you book in advance. The room was nice but the beds were too soft it was so uncomfortable. You will not get a good night's sleep here.
