Avoid. Booking was difficult, with no confirmation email sent as promised, and incorrect credit card details recorded by staff.
Room was not as booked, even though confirmed twice by telephone. Additional bed that should have been provided as part of the room booked was provided only after much argument. We booked this specific room expecting two proper beds, not a rollaway.
No check in/reception, we arrived at 3pm on Saturday to find our key in an envelope in the front lock box.
Room was clean but furniture was of poor quality and broken. Insufficient hot water for bathing, and additional charges made for parking.
Advertised panoramic view was into lounge room of ground floor apartment next door. Homeless people by the front door at all hours did not add to the ambience.
Emails of complaint to management were bounced from address provided on the Quest website. Phone went straight to voicemail.
They should have spent their advertising budget on refurbishment and staff training!
