Well, we stayed at Dos Angeles Del Mar about seven months ago now. Although I'm a little late posting a review, it is by NO MEANS a reflection on this wonderful, wonderful place. My fiance (then boyfriend) and I flew into San Juan and drove into Rincon late in the evening. I don't remember exactly when we arrived, but it was LATE. Despite that, John was waiting for us with an AWESOME attitude and checked us in in mere minutes and showed us to our great room. It was the "honeymoon" suite.

Since we got in so late, it was really hard to see much. When we woke up the next morning, we were stunned. The beautiful green and blue of the outdoors felt like it seeped all the way into our room. The room was amazingly bright, the view breathtaking ... I could go on forever. The breakfasts downstairs were fun. We chatted with several of the other people staying there. We never really used the pool, since we drove to a different beach every day we were there. I think we only stayed 4 nights (or 3?), but when we came back home, we were so relaxed, we could have been gone for a month.

John and Yolanda, you guys ROCK! We would do Dos Angeles del Mar in an instant.

Oh, and by the way, before settling on Dos Angeles del Mar, we investigated several other places. One thing I really appreciated here was that I always received prompt responses to all my inquiries, where as some of the other places either took forever to respond, or never responded.

Simply put, this is the nicest and coziest place you'll find. It's a bit hidden in the mountains, but not inaccesible and also close to beach. It's Rincón, so there's always a beach nearby, whether it be for sunbathing, snorkeling or watersports. John is the best host ever, friendly and informative. Rooms are clean and bed is comfy. Check out is also a no-hassle affair.

The pool is nice if not spectacular. The gardens are well kept, and the place is mostly quiet. And the view, what a view! At night you can even hear the waves crashing. So if your looking for a nice, quiet place to stay, I highly recommend Dos Angeles. We're local, so the wife and I wil definitely be staying again.

And do have the morning bread, it's delicious! (free breakfast, by the way)

Just returned from a fabulous week in paradise! Our hosts were generous and accomodating to me and my 3 young children. The guesthouse was clean and well managed; the grounds and pool area were beautiful and child-friendly. Nearby beaches were easily accessible by foot. I wouldn't bring my family anywhere else in PR; I have since recommended this place to all of my friends and co-workers. What a great time!!

This is a lovely bed & breakfast. Hosts are gracious beyond compare.
What had started as a horrible vacation the first 2 days in San Juan,
was turned around after just one day here - thanks to the sun, sand and generosity of our hosts. Any question at any time they were willing to help and answer. The pool is relaxing, quiet, peaceful and
beautifully done. Breakfast is simple, but good. Great restaurants nearby. One caution, this is on the surfing side of Rincon, however, the calm carribean beach is just a short drive away and hosts are more than willing to help you locate the easy, best spot to relax at the Carribbean if that is what you are looking for. I would highly recommend this getaway as long as you are willing to drive where you woulld like to go. Beautiful views everywhere
