Location of this hotel is very good. A block or so from the subway. A 15 minute walk to the Charles Bridge. Close to the major shopping areas.
The design of the hotel is beautiful.
The room was standard size. Flat panel tv with two or three English channels. I still can't figure out European bathrooms but this was new and clean. Pillows are a bit flat so you may need to request another.
However, I called around 11pm one night to ask for another pillow and was told my the guy at the front desk that he couldn't give me one b/c he was couldn't leave the front desk.
The other criticism I had (and why I gave 4 stars), is that there is no full time concierge. The person working the front desk has to check-in everyone, take keys, answer the phone and try to arrange tours. He/she hardly had recommendations either.
We did have a very helpfull bellhop though, who arranged a balloon ride for us.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
