I stayed here in Mid-May 2008 on a three night business trip. Excellent service, well appointed rooms and in the heart of the old city. Couldn't fault the service in any way. Rooms were well appointed. Flat screen TV with a choice of English, French and Polish programmes. Well stocked mini-bar, with snacks. Slippers and robes and large bathroom with double shower.

Turndown service and housekeeping excellent and discreet. Rooms very clean. Front desk are helpful English speaking. Breakfast offers an excelent choice of hot and cold food with a good selection of juices, cereals and fresh cut fruits.

“One of the Best Hotels !”

I stayed in Le Regina Hotel in Warsaw for 2 nights in May 2008.
This hotel is comparable to the Hay Adams in Washington, DC, starting with top notch concierge taking you to your room, large, exquisite room with tall windows, incredibly comfortable beds (don’t get nervous about the size, the beds are narrow, but you won’t notice!) ending with fresh, nice buffet style breakfast in the morning. I did not have breakfast after the first night, the EU 20 per person seemed a bit overpriced, but quickly found out that going outside the hotel to get breakfast was not only very time consuming (service at any restaurant around the Old Town in Warsaw is VERY SLOW…), but not as good, and ended up paying almost the same!
Overall I highly recommend this hotel! If I have to find something I didn’t like, is the building across the street needs a fresh coat of paint. Can’t think of anything else, and I am a bit picky about hotels I stay in!

Absolutely delightful hotel. A historic building remodernised with taste and style in the historic quarter of Warsaw. Beautiful rooms. Staff couldn't be more welcoming or helpful. Plus free wireless internet throughout the building. Perfect.

“Wonderful Stay”

Our hotel stay was perfect. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was very nice, on the third floor. It had a very small window, but it wasn't the main point. The bathroom was huge and very nive decorated. Although as previously said in another review, the lighting of the bathroom is very poor.
I would absolutely recommend any traveller who's looking for some luxury to travel there.
The breakfast is average. Nothing special and the breakfast room during winter is a very small room.
The pool and the fitness center are open 24hrs.
We asked for a taxi to the airport and they offered the hotel taxi at a flat rate, but they also told us that a regular taxi would be cheaper! Very honest on this point!
We slept very well, the beds are wonderful, the street is quiet at night and if you go out at night, the taxi will bring you there easily, although you should be aware that you have to pronounce "Regina" with a hard "g" (like in "goose") and not with a soft "g" (like ine "rage")
We had the cheapest room with brekfast included. I would not recommend to pay more than 10 euros for breakfast.

We booked for 3 nights and stayed for 6. The word boutique has been hijacked by every small/medium sized hotel in the world and often does not apply. What a pleasure to find a hotel that lives up to the public relations. Superb design, immaculate presentation, terrific staff and good value fo money. Well situated in the old town and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. Look no further the only place to stay in Warsaw. It's a class act
