We had booked our double room for 2 nights well in advance, but when we arrived, the staff told us that the hotel is overbooked. We spent the first night in another nearby hotel but after we complained, the staff gave us a superior double room from Ramada for the second night.

Despite the mistake somebody had made with the rooms, we were happy with this hotel. The staff was friendly, service was great, location is good, the room was tidy and well equiped, they serve delicious food in the restaurant and the buffet breakfast is something to look forward to. Perhaps the usual rooms are small, but at least this superior double is very good and not small at all!

If I go back to Vilnius, I definitely book a room from this hotel again. But perhaps it's good to check in advance that they really have a room for you:)

We (family of 2 adults and 2 children ages 8 and 13) recently had an excellent stay at the Ramada Vilnius. The hotel staff were proffessional, pleasant and helpful. The rooms are not large but functional and clean. The breakfast is very good: variety and freshness. They even serve complementary champagne of Sundays. The hotel is in an excellent location right beside the Gates of Dawn and walking distance to all major sights (Gediminas castle, cathedral, St Ann's Church, etc.). There are also great restaurants (the one within the hotel is good) very close by and good shopping. All in all, a very nice place to stay and we would highly recommend it.

We booked our Easter holiday two months in advance and chose Ramada because it is well located in the historical centre and it looked very nice in the pictures. OK, the hotel is very well located this is true. Unfortunately I am not happy at all with the room we stayed in, it was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in and cleaning was not good. I had also requested a non-smoking room well in advance but still we were given a smoking room. The wall-to-wall carpet was dirty and it was very dusty in the room. There were some small pieces of paper on the bathroom floor when we arrived at the hotel and the same pieces of paper were still there when we left - this tells that at least during those five days we stayed ih the room the bathroom floor was not washed at all. All the staff was friendly and helpful but at least the young ladies in the reception were not professionals. Vilnius is a lovely town and our holiday was good but I will not choose Ramada Vilnius for our next holiday there. Actually I have already sent some feedback to the hotel's marketing manager more than a week ago but he has not answered at all. I wouldn't call that professional behaviour either.

The hotel is right next to the SAS hotel and located perfectly in the scenic old town. Vilnius needs to get rid of all the brothels og strip joints.
