This is a solid, up-market choice for a hotel in Vilnius.
The location is great, south/centre of the stunning Old Town area. Everything of note (main tourist attractions, university, bars, restaurants, railway station) is within easy walking reach.
Rooms are pleasantly decorated - relatively classy pale wood, with plenty of gold trim. A moderately-sized bathroom (with shower) was perfectly sufficient, and spotlessly clean. The room, while small, was perfectly comfortable. Free Internet access was a nice bonus.
The main downside to the room was the noise - the minibar fridge was very noisy, and noise from the inner courtyard seemed to go on most of the night - the window did little to prevent this.
Breakfasts were pretty good - a nice continental selection - but beware of the bizarre garlic scrambled eggs!
All in all, a very pleasant stay, at a very reasonable rate. There wasn't anything particularly outstanding about this hotel, however - it was a very functional, up-market chain hotel. As such, I'd be tempted to explore other similar options on my next stay. But I'd be entirely happy if I ended up returning here!
