second time we have stayed there , 1st time couldnt fault it we had a suite this time we were given a studio and in comparison was really dissappointed with it . Beds were uncomfortable and dishes were not really clean . The cost of the internet service was very expensive seeing we had stayed in Super 8 few days earlier and internet was free.

Every time we've stayed at one of the Fairfield/Wyndham Resorts we've received an email survey to complete - except for our last trip which was to Dolphin's Cove in Anaheim, CA. Could that be because they don't want to hear any complaints?
We've been Fairfield (now Wyndham) owners since 2001 and have come to expect the very highest of standards and comforts when we use our timeshare but were very disappointed with Dolphin's Cove. The staff was helpful and friendly but the rooms were dingy, dismal and in great need of major renovation. The grounds were lovely - pretty trees and vegetation - but the overall condition of the buildings was less than appealing.
We started out with a room on the ground floor which we had to change because we were infested with ants in the bathroom and bedroom (they were in the bed, the toilet, the dresser drawers. - a revolting and disturbing experience.) I had to wash all our clothes but had to go to a local laundromat because the one and only laundry room on the grounds was fully occupied.
I spoke to at least two other guests to get their feelings about the property and was told that they too were unhappy with the resort, saying the same things: "It's not the quaility we're used to with Wyndham."
It may be convenient to Disneyland, but that's about all it has going for it. I will not return to Dolphin's Cove nor would I recommend it to anyone else. I'm so glad it was just me and my husband - we had thought of inviting other relatives but I would have been embarassed to have led them there - especially when I've told them how great our timeshare experience has been - until now.

Great timeshare experience. Resort staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had about the area. Great activities planned for children, two free continental breakfasts as well as great coffee available at all times. Fun to watch the fireworks from Disneyland from our resort's steps. Kitchen was stocked better than any resort I've stayed at. People didn't bother you with wanting you to attend a timeshare presentation. Only thing bad I could say was the pool towels were way too small and they needed to work on their equipment in the fitness center but being right after the holidays maybe they will take care of that soon. Great restaurants around.

Perfect for families! We traded our RCI timeshare for the Dolphin Cove. Having stayed at various timeshares I tend to not get my hopes up too much. This one was a pleasant surprise. Very clean and spacious. This is a great place for a family to stay! We loved it. We really enjoyed having the bedroom to seperate us from the kiddies. The kithchen was great with granite counter tops and all. The bathroom was clean and large with the vanity and sinks seperate from the toilet and shower. We stayed int the one bedroom but they have 2 and 3 bedroom units too. I also liked the security gate for parking...we felt very safe! Interestingly it doesn't look like much from the parking area but once inside the complex it is beautiful...they obviously try to keep it up. Understandably there were no timeshare weeks for sale. The Dolphin Cove is a few long blocks from disney, we felt it too far to walk but still worth it to wait for the bus or park at disney. We have stayed across the sreet from the park entrance before, we would still recommend the Dolphin Cove first. Have fun!
