I booked my stay directly through the hotel website. We stayed for 2 nights after Memorial Day weekend. I was with my 73 yr old father, my daughter & her cousin. We were taking my father to Disneyland. He had not been there in more than 30 years. I called the day prior to our arrival and asked if the room was on the ground floor because I was concerned about my father having to walk upstairs. Celina, at the front desk was more than accomodating and told me she would block out a bottom floor room for us. When we arrived Celina was at the front desk and remembered my call. She had indeed blocked out a room for us. The main room had 2 Queen beds, which were extremely comfortable. I was impressed with the bedding. It was in new condition. The sheets even smelled good. We have a microwave, refrigerator (about waist high, ample room for food), coffee pot, and small table and 2 chairs. This room had a separate bathroom and vanity area. Plenty of hot water and very clean bathroom. The 2nd room had a set of bunkbeds, TV, and separate bathroom. Which was great with 2 girls. They could stay up late and grandpa could get some sleep. I did not experience the dirty carpets. Ours was very clean. The breakfast was good and what I expected. It easily saved us between $8-$12. per person per day. It was exactly as advertised. Yes, the breakfast room is small but there are tables outside and we could take food to our room if need be. The shuttle was very convenient. You can buy tickets at the front desk. The parking was free. Many hotels in the area charge $12-$15 for parking per day. I have been to Disneyland and the Anaheim area more than a dozen times. I have stayed at many hotels and motels. I will stay there again and have already recommended it to friends and family. The staff was wonderful and I really appreciate the manager taking an active role in improving the property. I did let the staff know that the door knob in the second room needed to be tightened and a lightbulb needed to be changed. Other than that we had a great experience and my father had a great time. For the price it can't be beat!!!

Booked online and was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The room was great. My kids enjoyed the outdoor pool area along with available laundry room. The breakfast was small but plenty of places are nearby for those who want a real breakfast. For the price this was a great place to stay.

We booked through GetAwayToday When I went on line to book I could only get 1 room with the free night because when I went in to book the other 2 rooms (5 minutes later) I needed they had no more free night bookings and since my family of 13 were all going I had to pay for the full 7 nights for the other 2 rooms. A rep from Getawaytoday even called the management and they said no they would not give me the same deal ..
The carpet in the room was so dirty we had to wear shoes all the time we were in the room. The grounds were fair but needed to be cleaned. The Continental breakfast was so crowded and in such a small room you could barely get in and they were always out of donuts and only had rolls and bread. Would of been nice to have a bagel. Most of the employees were nice but not willing to go out of their way to accomodate you. My sister and I had to push a cart with 9 suitcases out to the curb to catch a bus for the airport and no one even offered to help.
I think next time we go we would rather pay alittle more to get something alot cleaner and have more room and a better free Breakfast.

I booked this vacation through GET-AWAY-TODAY, I have stayed at other motels in the area on other vacations and this one is by far the best. great room, very clean and quiet(i stayed on the side facing the apartments). the breakfast room was a little small but not bad. I would recomend this to anybody with kids. to the staff, thanks for a great stay.
