The lobby is gorgeous, the rooms are average, clean, quiet and comfortable. The heat sort of works. The bathrooms are fairly large and comfortable. The resaurant which caters to groups has a very good buffet, the food was fresh and tasty. Like most hotels in Morocco, they only served the weakest, worst coffee and charged 2 to 3 euros for expresso or even tea or bottled water. Service was only okay. The front desk service is abysmal. Asked for a map, they rudely said to go by one in the giftshop, which was overpriced. They have a money change service with short hours and could give no directions to an ATM or an Internet cafe and locutorio, although each are nearby. The pool looks nice and the fact that the entire compound is gated and guarded is reassuring. It was quiet at night.
