All the reviews are true. My family of five had a great day on July 7th & Geoff & jenny are very social & safety focused. Compared to another local cheaper trip to Phi Phi , the day was much more enjoyable due to the extra customer focus possible with a smaller group. For the sake of a few dollars, take a trip with these guys ahead of the local cost cutting locals. Thanks Geoff & Jenny -Adrian, Jenny & family -Melbourne

“The best 2 days of our trip”

After reading all the great reviews of Simba Sea Trips I decided to book Phang Nga Bay for my family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids)before leaving on our holiday to Thailand. It was the best thing I did! Jenny emailed me back quickly with dates of when trips would be available during our holiday. When we arrived in Thailand she contacted me at our hotel confirming our booking and that the weather was fine for our trip. The weather was perfect and so was our day. We were given personal treatment and the food was yummy, including home made banana bread and various varieties of fruits. Cool drinks were available whenever you felt thirsty. The children loved the sea canoeing the most yet I enjoyed the swim off the back of the boat in the green warm water. We enjoyed our day so much that we booked Phi Phi for the end of the week. Again we had a beautiful day and one that I enjoyed even more. The snorkeling was fantastic, the scenery spectacular and the water very inviting. Even though we didn't get to meet Jenny we did enjoy her home cooking of pasta and potato salad on a deserted island for lunch. If you do anything in Phuket you should go on Simba Sea Trips and hopefully experience the wonderful time we had on our two days that we our lucky enough to cherish. Remember to take lots of sunscreen as its not that cheap in Phuket and you'll need lots of it. Enjoy

“A fantastic day out on the 'Simba'”

Jen and I had a terrific day out on the Simba Sea Trip. We were picked up from our accommodation in a luxurious minibus and taken to the Phuket Marina. There we met Jeff and his crew. Imagine you had an uncle/brother/friend who happened to own a beautiful powerboat and took you for a day of sightseeing. That’s what our day was like. We were welcomed aboard the Italian designed, Thai built Simba and off we went to explore the unique seascape of Phang Nga. Cold water and soft-drinks were supplied all day, and Jeff took pains to make sure everyone was happy and knew what was going on. We visited a sea cave, then had morning tea of exotic fruit and banana cake on a secluded beach, then off to James Bond Island, ate a beautiful lunch at the floating Muslim village, where we also toured the school, medical clinic and mosque and had time for some market shopping. After lunch we went sea-canoeing into ocean caves and grottos, then to another remote beach for a swim. To sit on a beach with the jungle behind you and eat fresh sandwiches and sweet pineapple is a simple experience we will always remember.
Jeff limits the number of passengers on his boat, we had 13 on our day. This was in contrast with some of the bigger boats we saw where the people were being herded like, well, tourists!
The run for home was at full speed. The men were up the front to help keep the bow down, and we all felt like millionaire playboys!
We didn’t get to meet Jenny this trip, but her banana cake was lovely. Thanks Jeff, crewmen Ten and Bob, and guide Nancy for a great day out.

Anyone looking for a great day out to Phang Nga Bay. We booked with Simba Sea Trips and had a fantasic trip. We were picked up from our motel at approximately 8.15am and arrived at the Marina and were met by Geoff from Simba Sea Trips. There were 13 people on this day trip and everyone was friendly and willing to be involved with the day. We stopped at cave and walked through to a large hidden pond that was just fasinating. We then headed to Lawa Island for morning tea and a swim and then off to Canoeing. This was just great. Going through caves where you had to lay down in the canoe to get though the small opening and ending up in larger area with about 5 other canoes. We had a race with an american family.......Go the Aussies!!!!!!!!!!!We then headed off to the Muslim village on stilts. We had a delicious lunch and then had the guided tour of the village by Geoff......We were lucky to be given some time for shopping.........Naturally the boys sat and waited. After leaving the village we headed to James Bond Island for a quick look and then off to relax at Naka Island with afternoon tea and a beer. This was a day to remember and we met some lovely people as well. Thanks Geoff for your hospitality. This is a trip suited for the whole family. We arrived back at our motel at about 5pm and then headed down to Molly Maloneys for the State of Origin. No, my team lost....Cheers Jo and Co.

Had a co-worker that selected this tour, based on Trip Advisor recommendations, and it couldn't have been a more pleasurable day. Geoff and Jenny were personable and entertaining, with extensive knowledge of every area we visited and vivid stories of local culture.
The day was tailored exactly to our desires and needs, taking into account what we wanted to see and do, along with the weather and crowds from other tours, so that we didn't have to deal with large groups.
The crew was gracious and kind, and willing do help however necessary.
If you are looking for a great way to see Phuket and the amazing scenery of the bay, go Simba Sea Tours!!! You won't regret it!
