Was in Israel to celebrate the country's 60th anniversary, went with a large tour group, needless to say i had a blast in Israel and the hotel was great i had no problems whatsover apart from having to reset my roomkey twice which is annoying as it is quite a trek from room to reception but the rooms where comfortable, shower excellent, as from previous reviews no coffee or tea sachets in room but you could easily get a supply from breakfast. Food was excellent, plenty of salad and local cheese at breakfast and rolls, cereals, porridge, all sorts of eggs and omelettes and even potato bake which is yummy, fruit is great especially the watermelons, i could go on and on..staff friendly, checkout and check in smooth. Will definately go back again if budget can afford, also its short walk to the Garden Tomb and city centre. But i highly recommend this hotel great gift shop next door at novotel which is very cheap considering its a hotel shop so visit it first before you go to bazar.stay here instead of Novotel as i tried food at novotel and its bad compared to what you get a grand court.
