I looked at A LOT of hotels on Kowloon that face the beautiful Hong Kong and this hotel was the best view that was not too expensive. The hotel is definately a 5 Star Hotel. Rooms are very nice and clean with marble bathrooms. Make sure you upgrade to a Harbor View. We got the club level which includes a breakfast, afternoon snacks and drinks in the evening which was totally worth every penny.

The buffet downstairs is very pricey, but looked very good. The hotel has a lot of restaruants and has several nice lounges and bars overlooking the harbor.

The only drawback to the hotel is that it is not near the Metro Line. It is however within a 3-5 min walk to the ferry which will take you to wherever you want to go pretty quick. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus hourly to the metro station in downtown Kowloon and taxis are very reasonable. (Unless your comming from the Airport, then I would take the Aiport Express train to Kowloon and then take the taxi).

Second time a this hotel and still the best ever hotel we have stayed at. Everything is perfect just as good as the first time. The staff are friendly, happy and ever eager to please. They are happy to do anything asked small or large. Nothing is a problem. They are polite and friendly and the hotel is very clean throughout. There is someone cleaning something all day and night. The restaurants are the same the food is great and price is reasonable. Well worth staying here. The shuttle to TST takes no more than 10 mins in heavy traffic. We loved every minute of our 12 day stay and will most definately come back.

Stayed in the Harbour Plaza for 2 nights at the beginning of March, booked a harbourview room and we were not disappointed. The room was spacious and comfortable, the view was gorgeous to wake up to in the morning. We didn't eat breakfast here as it was quite expensive, but there was plenty of choice around. We ate in the hotel one night, it was a beautiful buffet, but also a bit on the expensive side. The rooftop pool was beautiful but very cold when we were there. The shuttle bus into town was great and very handy. We loved everything about the hotel, and hope to return someday for a longer visit.

It was just the respite we needed from the humid weather and bad cab ride. It smelled like fresh flowers as we walked in the lobby.
The staff was wonderful, very helpful & friendly. Spacious room with (black) tea & coffee.
The swimming pool is on the roof, great view of the Hong Kong!
Although not in Tsim Sha Tsui (main shopping area) the hotel offers a shuttle every half hour there. The Hung Hom Ferry pier is within easy walking distance.
