“Worth every single penny! BEST SERVICE!!”

Two Seasons Resort

We stayed in two seasons May 22-31. I love this place!!! We did not encounter any problems previously mentioned by other guests, even when our flight was a bit delayed, they were waiting for us when we got to the airport. The service is just unbelievable, at one point i asked if they had tweezers/nail cutter available for sale, Rica, one of girls in the front desk offered to lend me her own and had someone buy me a nail cutter and they even delivered it up to my room (charged to my account of course) but it was like no hassle at all! My boyfriend at one point broke out in a sun-rash all over his arms and i was frantic calling the front desk if they had anything for it, they sent out someone to get me some calamine lotion - not even 10 mins! They were always willing to accommodate us with our every need. I also love the Two Seasons shuttle that bring you anywhere you wanna go in the island, FREE, whenever it's available. You can also call them if u wanna get picked up by the shuttle, again for FREE! Saves you 50 pesos on trycicle fare. The security guys are always around so you feel safe. The breakfast buffet is awesome, although some days when they said they didn't have much guests, they had a la carte breakfast which was still very good. The waiters were attentive but not obtrusive. The room is a pretty good size, never run out of hot water, AC in the room was very efficient, happy about the in-room safe. the bed was a little more firm to my liking but it didn't bother me much. The best thing about the place is the location! This side of the island has the best beach (they rake the beach to take out seaweed and other stuff hanging around) and the sand is so powdery and of course the water is just unbelievable!!!

The only disappointment was the actual food in their restuarant BarLo, except for breakfast and maybe two things (nachos, chili fries) on their menu --and believe me we have tried 90% of their food-- it was all pretty bad! It was as if they were trying to put their own flair on each dish but it just wasn't working. I had the tuna melt one time and i couldn't even eat a fourth of it, instead of mayo, they put mustard on the tuna melt and it was just disgusting. The burger's a little weird tasting (some asian flavor seasoning) and forget about the pizza.

I will never hesitate to go back!! I'm so glad i stayed in two Seasons!

I had a very good time, calm beach in the front of the hotel, nice reception attendance, 8 hours a day happy hour, flexibility with the time of served dinner. Transportation straight from the airport to the boat and later by the minivan to the hotel. For the visitors looking for some more loud fun = it was just 10 minutes walk by the beach.

“The place to be! Loved the place”

Two Seasons Resort

I read previous reviews and took note of the problems of the hotel staff and paid bookings that they want you to pay again. Didn't happen to us. We took a package from Manila to Boracay through Two Seasons direct and had no problems at all. As soon as the plane landed, your service was there ready to pick us up. The transfer to the hotel was as smooth as it can be. The location was excellent. The hotel staff was as courteous as any 5 star hotel in manila, greeting you as they pass by. I guess the owner of the place has been reading reviews from Trip Advisor and made adjustments... good move. I would recommend trying this place the next time you plan to visit Boracay. We are coming back as well!!!

“We heart Two Seasons!”

Two Seasons Resort

May 13, 2008

I had combed through more than a dozen different hotel websites but when I stumbled on tripadvisor and read the reviews on Two Seasons, I was set to stay in this hotel.

First off is the location, it's a beach front boutique hotel in station 1, which means less people walking by but near enough d'mall. We had friends staying in station 2 and they would often trek to our side of the beach so they could chill in the hotel's cabanas and swim in the afternoon. And anytime we needed to hit d'mall, we just had to call front desk and they'll ready the service for us, which is already part of the room service.

Next is the service in the hotel - it's a really quaint and cozy hotel which meant personalized service. The moment we met our driver in the airport, we knew we picked the right hotel. Everyone was all smiles and friendly all throughout our stay. Whenever we needed anything (like medicine for a hang over) we got it right away. And while lounging in the cabanas or while out baking in the sun, there were a lot of waiters just standing by, ready to hand a plush towel or ready to remind us that happy hour has started (which is from 1pm to 8pm) which meant cocktails are now buy 1 take 1, while local beers are half price :)

And the room, we loved our room! It was really clean and just like how their website described it, "with woven abaca fabric details" which felt home-y and hotel-y at the same time. We had everything we needed - an ipod dock, flat screen tv, dvd player and internet. The balcony was cool, I would have loved it even more if I saw the beach without having to lean farther and though I couldn't really see the koi fish pond from our room, I was ready for that. I checked the doors right away to see if they work (coming from the reviews I read here) and they were ok. I also loved the bathroom as it was clean, very chic with everything you need plus a lovely rain shower to boot :)

I haven't even described the food yet. When we got there and had lunch at Bar Lo while waiting for our room, they gave us free cocnut-ginger-mango creme brulee :) You have to try their nachos and pizza as they make their own thin crust. I'm pretty sure the rest of the menu is good. We were just able to sample their lemon seafood pasta, baked crabs, wine and a couple of cocktails which were all yum! We wanted 'resort food' - clean, refreshing and flavorful - and we got it at Bar Lo. You can't go wrong if Gino from Cafe Ysabel was the one who created the menu :)

I didn't encounter any issue at all with the transfers, everyone was there on time and even waiting for us. I think they really worked their kinks out already. If I go back to Boracay, I don't intend to look for any other hotel. It has to be Two Seasons or bust for me. They provided exactly what my idea of a chillaxing time should be. Can't wait to go back!

Two Seasons Resort

We decided to stay at two seasons mainly for two reasons, they have a big room that could hold 8 people and they are in station 1.

Our stay there was great. The room was very big, all of us 7 can fit inside the bathroom alone. The beds were comfortable and it has such a cozy feeling to it. After a day of swimming and activities its so relaxing to stay in your room. The food was great and the price is okay for the taste. They have wonderful cabanas wherein you can relax and eat and watch the people pass by. The staff is so friendly that they will greet you everytime you pass by. One more great thing is that the they provide you a shuttle if you want to go to station 2 and does not want to ride the tricycle. They are happy to provide the transportation for you.

All in all a very memorable experience and a great place to stay at.
