The Yuma Visitors Bureau Visitor Information Center is located at 139 S. Fourth Avenue. From November through April, it is open from 9am until 6pm Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm on Saturday, and from 12 noon to 4 pm on Sundays. The hours are slightly shorter from May through October, when it closes at 5pm on weekdays, at 2pm on Saturdays, and does not open on Sundays. This office offers a wealth of information from helpful, friendly staff who can answer any questions you may have. They can provide information on where to go and what to see, including suggestions on lodging and restaurants. Visitors can also help themselves to numerous brochures and area maps. The Center also carries a line of clothing and souvenirs. You can contact the office to have information sent to ahead before your visit, by phone at 800-293-0071, by fax at 928-783-1897, or by e-mail at info@visityuma.com.

There are also two good online resources for information on the Yuma area. The City of Yuma Strategic Communications Office and the Chamber of Commerce both offer plenty of practical information about the city, for both visitors and those thinking of relocating.
