Campagnia is an upscale restaurant in the Perrin & Champlain area of Fresno. Located across the street from the prestigious Piazza del Fiore shopping center.  This restaurant definitely belongs in the top 5 in Fresno and has been a personal favorite of ours for many years.  We held our son’s rehearsal dinner here in October for 25 people and it was a smashing success, with the help of Michael, the restaurant banquet manager.

 The ambiance is fun, elegant and upbeat.  We like to dine out in the atrium room where there are fountains, greenery and a nice feeling of being outdoors while in a screened-in patio.  Campagnia serves lunch and dinner and also offers a Sunday Jazz Brunch.  For lunch, try the phyllo-wrapped crab and shrimp melt with the pasta primavera salad and 3 aioles.  Dinner favorites include the sauteed salmon with gingered mango relish, coconut steamed rice with lemongrass butter sauce and the desesrts are rich and decadant.  We like the chocolate ganache with raspberries and Tahitian vanilla creme anglaise.

 Campagnia is a fine dining venue in Fresno and is not to be missed if you’re a foodie.  www.campagnia.net
