- Lexington has many chain and non-chain restaurants that can provide a wide variety of dining options for any visitor. From Japanese (a Lexington specialty due to the proximity of the Toyota plant!) and Vietnamese (one of Lexington's most recent additions), to southern cooking and barbeque, there are restaurants for every taste.
