MIX Restaurant is located on the top of the new tower (called "The Hotel") at Mandalay Bay, Mix Restaurant is on the 64th Floor.  It is a study in clear glass and white with a cloud of hanging clear glass spheres that cover the main dining room. However, the balcony tables, not for the faint of heart, are the piece de resistance.  Literally a glass balcony wall separates you from the air up on the 64th floor.  It is as if you are perched at the Top of Las Vegas, peering into a beautiful light show.
