The greens at Robbers Row are like painted concrete - extremely fast.  The sand is quite variable. One hole would have a mud base, another would be light and fluffy, next firm hard sand.  It is very pretty course and could be quite enjoyable but the putting seems a hopeless effort.  The overhanging live oaks will give a true test of keeping the ball down - they are not 90% air.
