The Galleris definitely has world-class, expensive shops.  There are also places you can have a great stroll with the kids and stroller to "breathe some different air".

Don't go on weekends--hectic and crowded.  Go on the weekdays and smile knowingly at the other moms who have packed little lunches in baggies and tippy cups to walk through and window-shop.

The least expensive stores are on the 3rd floor.  If you are with girlfriends, eat at Oceanaire for lunch (cheaper) or dinner in the Westin hotel.  If you are with kids, grab a Starbucks and push the stroller down to McDonald's on the third floor.  It's easy to have a great day out for less than $20.00.  Did I mention the $1.00 shop, too, on the third floor?  Kids will behave for hours if promised a toy from there.

Got teens?  Go to the makeup stores on the first floor and let them try on makeup to their heart's content.  Cost?  Nothing.   Williams-Sonoma usually has something cooking to taste and try.  The Godiva shop will have small chocolates or individual purchase.  The food court is always "popping".  Try Mexican food by the skaing rink--very busy at lunch--go during "off-peak" hours.

This is a classy, interesting mall.  Another favorite mall is the newly-renovated, expanded NorthPark, just about 20 minutes further west.  Have a great time strolling!
