Cookbook author and innkeeper Carol Seminara presents fun and informative cooking demonstration classes at Fischer & Wieser’s Das PeachHaus on S. Washington Street in Fredericksburg. The newly organized Fredericksburg Culinary Arts (FBGCA) offers classes for all levels of kitchen skill. Attendees receive ample samples of the dishes prepared and copies of the recipes.
The classes are limited to 15 with a fee of $50 per participant.
Special classes can be organized for groups of 6 or more.
